At the Geneva Motor Show in 1953, BMW dealers in Switzerland found this strange car and reported to the upper level of the company, coincidently, Isetta coincided with BMW's requirements for economical cars, after negotiations, BMW purchased Isetta's intellectual property, designed drawings and completed production. In 1955, the first BMW Isetta 250 was launched in the market.
